The Team & Role

Zuora is a partner-first company, depending upon a healthy partner ecosystem to help it capture the large target addressable market in front of us and solving for our customers’ needs. As a summer intern, you will join the Global Partner Ecosystems team to help provide thought leadership & analysis to influence and shape our partner strategy.

At the end of your internship, you will have learned quite a bit about the subscription industry, customer stories and how partners help drive Zuora’s strategy and results, all of which will provide you with ample opportunity to increase the breadth of your experience and skills.

In this role you’ll get to work on projects that may include

  • Pricing for Private Equity partners
  • Industry sales plays for partners
  • Partner enablement roadmaps
  • Driving our Platform (Hyperscaler) Partner Program
  • Analysis and modeling of partner sales growth

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking an ambitious self-starter, who is curious to learn and share their experience and knowledge as a contributor to the Global Partner Ecosystems team. The intern in this role will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with teams such as sales, product, marketing, and finance.

  • Education: must be actively pursuing an MBA or master’s degree in a closely related field
  • Strong preference for candidate able to work in Redwood City office 2-3 days per week
  • Prior experience with quantitative research and/or financial modeling a plus
  • Candidates should have an interest in business strategy, technology, and a desire to discover and share knowledge around evolving trends around how businesses and consumers buy and use products and services
  • Comfortable performing data analysis and modeling in spreadsheets
  • Strong qualitative research, problem solving, and pattern recognition skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
