Our Presales team is a strategic partner to the sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution for our customers and prospects in some of the largest customers in the world. About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Industry Presales Manager to lead a team of Presales Enterprise Architects on our Office of the CIO (OCIO) Presales Team. If you are an experienced Presales leader or high performing individual contributor with domain expertise in enterprise technology, this is your chance to lead a world class team of Presales enterprise architects. You and your team will work closely with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Sales Consulting Managers to cover active accounts in your territory. You will work with Sales to build pipeline and establish strong IT relationships with shared responsibility for meeting and exceeding new business growth targets.
In addition to sales opportunity support, you will assist your team in growing their careers and drive collaboration and innovation across the entire OCIO Presales organization. This is your chance to lead a world class team of technology experts who are engaged in deep discovery and demonstrating the value of next-generation cloud-based Workday solutions across all markets and industries as well as to drive leadership of Workday’s technology in the market.

Together, we will ensure the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide Workday's customers to outstanding business outcomes. 5+ years in a sales-related role (sales, presales, value management, customer success, etc.) selling enterprise software.
3+ years of experience as manager with excellent leadership, management, and coaching skills.
2+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry is required.
BS in Business, Technology, General Management preferred.
We would prefer that you have experience in enterprise applications software and
technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM, Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain,
Architecture, Integrations, Security, Analytics).
Success in coaching coworkers in ways that allowed them to learn new skills and achieve career goals.
Ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects, and supporting multiple sales teams.
Collaborative with those in other roles to work towards shared goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
A track record of hiring and retaining innovative employees.
Consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targets.
A history of using data to support your decision-making process.
Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time when necessary.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
