About the Team
The CX Program Management Office provides premier Program and Project Management leadership and support to cross-functional initiatives within the Customer Experience organization. The team consists of multiple pillars of program management support including New Offering Launch (NOL), Strategic Initiatives, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), CX Transformation Initiatives, and Change Management. They represent the CX organization on critical initiatives and provide program structure and project governance to ensure customer experience is at the forefront of every project.About the Role

This role requires all things program management and the willingness to be a change agent in the process.This role will work closely with core CX stakeholder functions to align goals, capacity and delivery of key capabilities. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing delivery of projects/programs including; development of comprehensive delivery plans, solution design facilitation in alignment with business goals, and project execution to scope/timeline/budget/quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing a portfolio of strategic programs.
Develops and implements project plans, governance, project communication cadence, collaboration project tools, and project structure to ensure a successful project completion.
Establish, maintain, and present regular status to key business partners and leadership boards (steering committees, operating committees, etc.)
Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to help drive alignment, collaboration, and ensure the voice of CX is infused in major business decisions.
Proactively partner with project and program teams to analyze issues and risks, drive issue resolution, and align on recommended paths forward.
Proactively analyzes issues/risks, makes recommendations on path forward, facilitates issues resolution.
About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of project/program management experience, including planning and management, issues/risk management, testing, and project communications
7+ years experience translating business needs into roadmaps, clearly defined requirements, and delivery plans
Experience leading business transformation programs and software industry experience with an enterprise products company a plus
Knowledge of project management methods and standards
Accomplished verbal and written communication, with the ability to construct easily consumable messaging for a broad range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinker with the interpersonal skills to influence, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate at all levels
Ability to drive collaboration and influence across functional teams
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, General Management or equivalent work experience
Other Qualifications
Knowledge of business process improvement
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures (including Waterfall and Agile) is a plus
Project Management Certification preferred (PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
