About the Team
The Events & AV Support Team is responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to the internal users of our client. The team supportscollaboration meetings using A/V systems. Meetings including but not limited to All Org events, webinar, and global audio or video sessions of all sizes. Support of various media events and training sessions will also be required and a solid understanding of VC platforms such as Zoom and Neat.About the Role
Lead and manage the daily operations of a team of AV events technicians including training, developing, evaluating, and setting priorities.
Serve as the initial managerial escalation point for problems from clients and other staff.
Highly organized and confident in ability to lead and organize, coordinate and execute AV events.
This full-time role requires the flexibility of being able to attend events and functions out-of-hours when necessary
Supervise event coordination and support with entire AV Team
Provide high level AV troubleshooting for escalations from the AV Team.
Provide backup support services in the absence of other AV Support Technician(s)
Work closely with IT and AV Engineers to ensure new office build handoffs are thorough and complete
Professionally interacts with stakeholders and manages user expectations with room technology
Monitor daily audiovisual conference room schedule and contact the end users to determine their A/V requirements prior to each scheduled meeting
Ensure all audiovisual and teleconferencing requirements are met for meetings and events.
Uses tact and good judgment in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Create end user and internal AV team documentation
Travel required: 30%
About You
Minimum of 5 years experience in audiovisual or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience leading or supervising a team
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Strong focus and organizational skills
Understanding or willingness to learn wiring diagrams and signal flow
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow knowledge is a plus)
Exposure as operating technician for live audiovisual special events a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
