About the Team
The Event Support Team is responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to the internal users of our client. We support collaboration meetings using A/V systems. Meetings including but not limited to All Org events, webinar, and global audio or video sessions of all sizes. Support of various media events and training sessions will also be required. This role will also require a solid understanding of VC platforms such as Zoom and Neat. It is a great way to connect Workmates to collaborate around the globe.About the Role
Ensure all connected systems operate at peak performance.
Connect Windows and Mac devices to Audio Visual equipment
Set-up and break down audio-visual equipment for meetings and events, such as, microphones, speakers, etc.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve A/V equipment and connectivity issues
Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
Problem-solve and handle equipment malfunctions well, even under pressure.
Ensure that all A/V equipment is properly configured prior to events
Troubleshoot web conferencing applications (e.g., Zoom)
Operations validation against documented VC standards.
Track and document issues
Create articles for Knowledge base creation related to AV systems
Provide support for organization-wide, multi-point, and high-level meetings, which may include consulting with support staff, clients, and vendors to determine requirements, and monitoring meetings as required
Proactively interacting with meeting organizers to learn about meeting requirements; communicate expectations prior to the meetings
This individual will, advise participants in those meetings on the proper use of equipment (where appropriate) and will operate said equipment for key meetings
Responsibility is to guarantee their clients a high-quality experience
Travel required 30%
About You
Minimum of 2 years experience in audiovisual or related field
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Strong focus and organizational skills
Understanding or willingness to learn wiring diagrams and signal flow
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow knowledge is a plus)
Exposure as operating technician for live audiovisual special events a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
