We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Architect to join our team. You will be guiding our sales and delivery teams to deploy the current and emerging capabilities of our Workday Adaptive Planning products for our customers. The person must be passionate about providing solutions with the next generation of product functionality.
The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with business development, delivery consultants and product management to provide differentiated Workday solutions and help prospective customers and partners understand their value and benefits, explain technical features, deployment strategies, define scope and services estimates, engage in proof of concepts and flag potential problems early. Innovative problem solver who can quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution!
Be responsible for the high-level architecture and end-to-end solutions based upon product strategy and functionality and identify relevant mitigating strategies
Collaborate with product management in customer conversations to understand the strategic direction of our analytics solutions and articulate the product vision and advisory services for deployment teams.
Funnel challenges, obstacles and opportunities to the product team and field readiness to optimize current functionality and influence future product roadmap.
Engage with program teams to incubate new products and packaged solutions in a collaborative manner with product, sales and services.
About You
Basic Qualification
5+ years delivering large-scale consulting engagements with Workday Adaptive Planning either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting Company
Other Qualifications
Good understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financial functional areas
Hands on experience with Workday reports, security, financial/headcount plans
Strong presentation skills with confidence facilitating customer workshops.
Good communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to work independently and lead multiple customer projects simultaneously
Ability to travel up to 50% domestically or internationally (under normal circumstances)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
