About the Team

Join a talented, dynamic and passionate team delivering a new generation of on-demand enterprise solutions focusing on Talent Development. The team’s overall goal will be to accelerate the delivery of features in an agile environment while safeguarding the high quality our customers expect from Workday applications.

Workday is unique in that it builds enterprise software in the cloud on a single code line through a continuous development model allowing for rapid delivery of our software to our customers. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines, be passionate about building high quality enterprise applications and be innovative in their ideas from a technical, process and relations point of view.

About the Role

You will join a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the delivery of a new generation of on-demand solutions designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses.

  • Design, integrate, and implement next-generation solutions for Workday’s Talent Development Platform
  • Designs and develop solutions to address business needs using platform system standards.
  • Design and develop engaging user experiences
  • Passionate about innovative software development, eager to learn about cutting-edge technologies, and have proven ability to deliver quality software

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing REST APIs
  • 2+ years of experience of object oriented programming and design patterns
  • 2+ years of experience building or working with integration platforms
  • 2+ years experience building or working with iPaaS
  • 1+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise software, components, frameworks, web applications.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Other Qualifications:

  • Great team player with strong communication skills
  • Experience with a modern front-end frameworks (React preferred)
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with backend frameworks and languages including NodeJS and Python
  • Experience with PostgresSQL database
  • Designing data layer consisting of MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis and S3
