We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce and related business systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud. They will also have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of solutions that meet business needs, and will work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce and related business systems, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce and related systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and related technologies and recommend new solutions or improvements to existing systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience working in fast-paced and startup environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience managing projects and working with technical teams
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant, are highly preferred
  • Understanding of how to create and customize Salesforce objects and fields, including relationships, data types, and page layouts.
  • Experience with managing users, groups, and access for Salesforce Platform and the Experience Cloud (community).
  • Experience with workflow and process automation, including creating and managing process builders, flows.
  • Familiar with SOQL and Apex, and know how to review data and custom components.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Experience and be able to create and manage Lightning pages, components, and apps.
  • Understand how to integrate Salesforce with other systems such as Workato.
  • Experience using Jira to manage agile projects, including creating and managing epics, stories, and tasks, as well as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Know how to create pages and customize reports in Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools, and be able to share insights and data with stakeholders.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
