As a Manager on the Revenue Analytics team you will be responsible for independently leading cross functional projects and managing senior revenue stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and revenue analytics and be able to effectively communicate complex data to key stakeholders. We are looking for someone comfortable operating at a high pace of change that matches the speed of our business. This is a senior individual contributor role with a long term possibility for people management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support senior revenue leaders by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on sales, revenue, & bookings data
  • Develop and maintain models and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance & data, to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing revenue and profitability
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement new revenue growth initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and revenue analytics, and continually look for ways to improve our processes and tools

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven track record in working with senior executives (C-level, SVP) and cross functional leaders (Sales, Success, Finance, Marketing, Data)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL & experience with data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Capable of presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Heavy preference for previous analytics experience in the sales & revenue domain
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
