TokenEx is seeking a Business Development Rep who is self-motivated and highly driven to increase brand awareness, generate leads, provide domestic and international sales support, and research potential clients to engage, educate, and qualify before transitioning prospects to the sales team.

  • Actively identify prospects in target companies/markets.
  • Research potential clients and provide proper use cases to gauge interest in TokenEx offerings.
  • Profile and research personas within prospective clients where TokenEx value proposition is strongest.
  • Engage in discovery calls with prospects to qualify opportunities and gain an exploratory understanding of their solution needs.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate virtual and onsite meeting.
  • Management of 250-300 accounts per month (60-80 calls per day).
  • Ensure pipeline has sufficient opportunities to support sales strategy/goals.
  • Manage, track, and report on sales activities and results using internal CRM.
  • Assist sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring sales team has high-quality, up-to-date support materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • B2B prospecting/sales/business development experience preferred but not required.
  • Effectively manage pipeline to meet and exceed defined targets.
  • Salesforce (SFDC) Experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
