As a Sales Administrator, this person will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by providing administrative and sales support to our CEO. This is a highly visible role that requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing high-priority tasks, helping to streamline processes, and contributing to Tapcheck’s continued success
What You’ll Do:
- Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that communication with prospects, partners, and clients is timely, professional, and in line with the CEO's voice and priorities.
- Sales Support: Assist the CEO in various aspects of sales, such as sending agreements, creating sales presentations, and tracking the progress of sales deals.
- Prospect and Partner Communication: Engage with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to nurture relationships and support the CEO's sales efforts.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of sales correspondence, contracts, and other important documents.
- Research: Conduct market research and gather information on prospects and competitors to support sales strategies.
- Office support: Welcome visitors into the office and take care of ad hoc office tasks.
What You'll Bring:
- Ability to work in office 5 days/week
- 3+ years of experience supporting a sales organization
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
