In this newly created role, you will support the Community team with their mission to help the creator partners we fund grow both in the YouTube ecosystem and beyond, providing them access to resources, tools, and relationships that will aid in their success. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Creator Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure that our Creators are satisfied and successful. This position will be a key part of our growth as we continue our mission to provide funded creators with access to insider knowledge and best-in class programming so they can continue learning as they accelerate their growth and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule team and/or creator meetings.
- Assist Creator Success Managers with capturing and organizing notes.
- Review creator call video recordings to identify and log useful quotes from creator conversations and synthesize key learnings to help compile internal debriefs for key stakeholders.
- Aid Creator Success Managers with the creation and ideation of internal and external newsletters.
- Conduct creator due diligence and research efforts in preparation for meetings with priority partners and in support of ad-hoc projects and new creator community initiatives (e.g. market research or event logistics)
- Stay up-to-date with creator news through Google alerts, creator economy newsletters, and social media posts while disseminating topical information with the team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Truly passionate about the creator economy
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or internship
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must have a collaborative working style

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Los Angeles. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $60-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity. This position is non-exempt.
