What You’ll Do

The Recruiting and Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will provide tactical support on Recruiting and HR priorities across the entire company. You will be asked to manage various day-to-day tasks, while working on key initiatives in areas across both functions. You will need to roll-up your sleeves to get the work done while partnering closely with various members at all levels across the organization. You will be a true administrative partner to the business in a fast-paced, ever changing, and growing environment. You will take an active role in the following areas:

Recruiting

  • Take full ownership of scheduling phone, video and in-person interviews, communicating with candidates daily, and setting up internal interviewers for success.
  • Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones.
  • Answer applicant and candidate inquiries, utilizing Greenhouse to enter and track candidates within the requested time frame
  • Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates
  • Post job descriptions
  • Create a high-touch “best in class” candidate experience
  • Represent the Spotter brand with personality and professionalism
  • Schedule and ensure that new hire orientations run efficiently
  • Assist and fill in for Office Coordinator as needed
  • Ensure all onboarding/offboarding tasks are complete within the appropriate system
  • Perform any special projects as requested

Human Resources

  • Act as a resource and point-person for HR matters and questions on performance management processes, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, etc.
  • Maintain employee information in our systems including but not limited to promotions, terminations, title changes, leave of absences, contractors, etc.
  • Continue to develop and expand the onboarding and offboarding process and experience
  • Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding day 1 schedules
  • Assist in development, implementation and administration of HR policies and initiatives
  • Ad hoc HR projects and needs
  • Provides administrative support to the team when needed

Finance

  • Support the CFO with scheduling and administrative needs
  • Other miscellaneous projects

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience highly preferred
  • Proven experience in Recruiting and/HR
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Greenhouse experience required. Experience with HRIS a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation attention to detail and organization skills
  • Adept at quickly learning new processes and technology
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Extremely flexible, proactive, able to easily shift priorities, and handle heavy workflow processing
  • Team player with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to interface across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
  • A problem solver who will come to the table with proactive solutions
  • Ability to interface across all levels of the organization
  • Hold confidentiality in the highest regard
  • 2-4 years experience in (a start up and/or fast paced) office environment preferred

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Los Angeles. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $50-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonus and equity. This position is non-exempt.
