Socure is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Technology Group and lead our onshore and offshore teams through complex programs. Reporting to the Lead of Engineering Operations, you will help build up our agile practice and coordinate cross functional initiatives.
Being able to reliably deliver complex and cross functional projects with minimal defect rates while preserving the security and integrity of our customer’s data is key to accomplish our mission to become the single, trusted source of identity verification and eliminate identity fraud.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the execution and deployment of multiple Products within a Business Line. This includes managing project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risks.
Work closely with engineers and designers to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Help break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps and tasks.
Ensure identity products meet security, privacy, and compliance standards. Work with legal and policy teams to interpret requirements and build them into the products.
Help define and implement key performance indicators and success metrics for SDLC and Scrums . Track progress and optimize as needed.
Manage relationships with key technology and platform partners. Work to align roadmaps and ensure interoperability.
Communicate status, risks, and key decisions to senior managers and executives. Escalate issues as needed to unblock teams
Implement Continuous improvements to development processes to increase the efficiency, quality, and agility of the identity organization
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree (Technical field is preferred)
8+ years of experience in a Product/services organization
4-6 years of practical experience in program management or Scrum Master role
Experience with one or more project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.) and using tools like JIRA
Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams, and distributed teams in general
Experience working in a regulated environment (compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, others)
Experience working in a similar technical environment as Socure (SaaS on public cloud, heavily data driven and machine learning driven projects, critical security requirements)
Experience with software development best practice and microservice architecture
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, capable of leading teams and team leaders to consensus to drive initiatives forward
