About the Role
Routable plans to be recognized as the simplest yet powerful platform, with a beautiful and effective brand. As the Lead Brand Designer, you will be responsible for setting the look, tone, and feel of the Routable brand across all touch-points. You will report to the VP of Design, and will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented and resonates with our target audience. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their expertise in branding, typography, layout, and visual design, as well as a passion for creating a world-class brand for a growing fintech company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a truly engaging brand experience through advertising, sales materials, product launches, campaigns, events, Routable’s website, and more
- Develop and maintain our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with product teams to ensure our brand is properly represented in all user-facing products and features
- Partner with the broader marketing team to set up processes for working with the creative team
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and move our brand forward
Minimum Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in branding and design, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a similar industry
- Exceptional brand and visual design skills, with expert command of information design, visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems
- A keen eye for detail and craft while also considerate of deadlines and constraints
- Extremely organized and consistently advocates for design methodologies and processes
- An excellent communicator and influencer who can work well with various groups and levels of the organization
- Able to effectively work in a remote environment
- Genuine curiosity for and eagerness to learn about the payments space
- Must submit an online or PDF portfolio to be considered.
Location
If you are living in the US, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Our salary range is from $140,000 - $165,000; the exact salary offer will depend on level of experience, role alignment, etc. We also offer equity and full benefits package for FTEs. This only applies to employees residing in the US.
