About the team + role
As the new member of Robinhood's Marketing Technology team, you'll play a key role in helping us build and support a world class Marketing Technology stack.
Our mission is to enhance, build and transform systems for the global Marketing organization. With product and engineering, we are building a best-in-class, privacy-first martech stack from the ground up.
Performance marketers, lifecycle marketers and the global Marketing organization will be your customers. You’ll work to understand what they need to drive KPIs across Acquisition, Activation, Engagement and Retention. You’ll meet those needs by building or extending martech capabilities with the help of product, engineering, data engineering and data science teams.
It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. What you’ll do
- Improve the user experience of Robinhood marketers by understanding their requirements and working with tech & vendor teams to deliver the right iterations at scale
- Scope out new technologies or projects that significantly modify the way we use data on marketing and how it flows through our platforms.
- Build tech specs and business cases to align cross functional stakeholders around our shared goals
- Drive the process for new vendor technologies including driving build vs buy and build and buy decisions.
- Measure the impact and usage of our marketing technology platforms
- Anchor our team with a tech POV in advanced topics like experimentation, incrementality, MTA, permissioning, data philosophy, architecture, data flows, project management.
What you bring
- 4-5+ years of professional work experience in marketing technology, digital product development or implementation
- Knowledge and experience across the marketing technology stack. Examples include, but not limited to CRM, CDP, MMP, Analytics, and model-driven targeting
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally
- Data-driven approach to your work and decision-making
- Qualitative analytical ability and familiarity with A/B testing
- Experience with analysis and data tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
US Zone 1: $191000 - $225000
US Zone 2: $168000 - $198000
US Zone 3: $150000 - $176000
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
