In this role, you will be responsible for running concurrent projects and programs to accelerate product development & and ensure customer delivery. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Design, Infrastructure, Quality Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Writing teams to build and execute end-to-end initiatives.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional individuals to roll out programs and then ensure adoption with product and technology teams
• Dive deep into product areas to support all phases of the development lifecycle, generate plans, identify and manage risks, and effectively communicate to all stakeholders and the company as a whole
• Steward CI/CD release management and ensure customers are informed about product changes by leveraging Jira feature and bug tracking, testing, and documentation
• Optimize operational practices through tooling procurement, administration, and ongoing maintenance
• Partner with cross-functional teams on documentation and compliance readiness
• Manage big-picture strategy and execute through the tactical tasks and details without losing sight of strategic objectives
• Lead effective meetings, understand dependencies, foster collaboration & accountability, while keeping everyone on track

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years experience in Project / Program Management or Operations
• Experience managing the development and launch of enterprise infrastructure using agile development methodologies in an engineering environment
• Scrum leader experience coaching teams on agile best practices
• Proven ability to run successful projects and programs end-to-end in a collaborative manner with appropriate level of change management, documentation, & communication
• Astute use of Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Atlas), Github, and Slack
• Ability to take the initiative when presented with ambiguous problems/situations and work towards solutions in partnership with others while being able to adapt and pivot based on company needs and obstacles

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with investment management applications and FinTech industry
• General understanding of SaaS, serverless architecture, and/or AWS
• Willingness to do whatever is needed to make your peers successful and happy
• You have a penchant for making things fun and engaging!

Compensation and Benefits

[For New York and California Based Only]

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $120,000-$145,000 for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
