Professional Services Senior or Staff Consultant, Front Office

This role requires frequent collaboration with account management, business development, product and engineering, executive leadership and third-party vendors in order to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Become a subject-matter expert on the Ridgeline application with a focus on the Front Office Applications
- Engage customer leaders to understand, design and deploy strategic business workflows across the full spectrum of the investment management lifecycle
- Work directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders and Chief Compliance Officers at our design partners and customers to understand requirements, pain points, and opportunities to add value to their workflows
- Configure and test Ridgeline software on behalf of the customer, including client and portfolio management setup, compliance rules definition, data ingestion and migration, reconciliation optimization, security master maintenance, trade order management and settlement setup, report customization, and validation of performance metrics, accounting activity, etc.
- Develop and apply deep expertise in the investment management domain and all aspects of Ridgeline’s software and ensure customers take full advantage of the Ridgeline product and workflows
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office Product Management Director and Product Strategist on key roadmap decisions and strategic planning, and with other Product Managers on the Trade Order Management team to develop a seamless workflow
- Coordinate with the broader Ridgeline Platform team to ensure compelling end-to-end workflows
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment fostering camaraderie, knowledge sharing, and trust
- Mentor individual team members to reach the next career levels at Ridgeline
- Support methodology initiatives to benefit the consulting organization
- Resolve customer issues and handle escalated customer inquiries
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to transition customer relationships post-implementation and ensure optimal client journey, appropriate service levels, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all company policies are followed
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/training/experience
- 5+ years of software implementation experience with a focus on the investment management or fintech industry
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with customers and other key internal or external stakeholders
- Ability to work to very aggressive deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.
- Willingness and ability to travel (25-30% expected).

Compensation and Benefits
[For New York and California Based Only]
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $120,000-$165,000 for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
