Ridgeline’s HR Team is growing and looking for a people-oriented team player to help build a best-in-class environment for our employees. Ridgeline’s People Experience Partner & Coordinator is the perfect job for someone who loves to lead employee events, organize leaders and teams in support of their goals, coordinate and drive projects, and have their hand in HR project work that impacts the total company. In this position, you will support our HR team, as well as the operational needs of our NYC Ridgeline office space, located in Manhattan. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about fostering a positive and productive office culture and will be a rewarding opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career.

This is not a remote position, you will be required to work in-office in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR programs and processes (compensation, performance reviews, onboarding, etc.)
  • Own and drive Ridgeline’s Leave of Absence Program in support of our amazing employees including employee interface, tracking, paperwork & data entry.
  • Coordinate all Learning & Development training programs for the company
  • Support the orientation and onboarding process for our NYC office (including I9 verification)
  • Plan and execute meaningful employee events (e.g. holiday parties, rooftop happy hours, etc.)
  • Manage logistics for team meetings in NYC (meeting rooms, hotels, meals, AV, travel, etc.)
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with onsite interview support
  • Create a positive visitor experience including but not limited to customer visits, candidate interviews, company events, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of offices supplies, kitchen supplies, snack program, and coordinate with vendors for restock while managing budgetary guidelines
  • Update & organize HR websites and shared drives
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • 4+ years' experience as an Office Manager, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or Executive/Administrative Assistant
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Evidence of exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Familiarity in HR administration and workplace management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or other work productivity apps
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment
  • Leave of Absence administration experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits

[For New York and California Based Only]

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $85,000-$103,000 for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
