Contractor - Bilingual Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager Contractor, you will work on end-to-end marketing supporting new products. You will focus on the strategic development and direct execution of full funnel marketing and media campaigns (paid, owned, organic) in close collaboration with our growth marketing, product marketing and new product teams. You will report into the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager.
Strategy: Develop a holistic, flexible marketing strategy that encompasses paid media (SEM, Meta, YouTube), owned media (email, push notifications, CRO), promotions and use of 1st party data that will allow us to test into and scale new products.
Execution: Develop, execute and report all paid and owned and organic media plans.
Develop and execute testing roadmap, including reporting.
Create all paid media plans, execute buys and provide reporting for Google and Meta platforms.
Manage execution and reporting of owned channels marketing (Braze, CMS).
Coordinate implementation of any pixel or reporting architecture necessary for campaign implementation and analysis.
Ensure reporting systems are in place.
Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with our product marketing, owned channels, marketing platform, analytics and new products teams. Ensure clear communication and status reporting across teams from project kick-off to completion.
Performance Analysis: Responsible for working with marketing analytics on test design, set up, execution and reporting. Ensure reporting systems are implemented and lead reporting analysis throughout campaigns and tests, sharing regularly with stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in marketing with an understanding of full funnel marketing, with a focus on paid media.
Experience successfully developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across organizations.
Experience launching and driving growth for new products (0-1 growth initiatives)
Direct experience implementing media buys on major media platforms: Google, Meta.
Understanding or proficiency in owned media tools (email, push notifications) and CRM tools.
Experience managing testing roadmaps.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Ability to work across different marketing departments (product marketing, marketing tech, media, analytics).
Preferably experience standing up marketing for new products in the tech space.
