About The Role

Ramp is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead cross-sell efforts for priority products (including our Accounts Payable product, Bill Pay). You’ll be responsible for developing messaging, audience insights, segmentation, post-sales enablement, and cross-sell campaigns to help existing customers get the most value from Ramp. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth Marketing and Account Management.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, market-intelligent and competitor-aware. You have a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can translate that into compelling messaging and campaigns. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both setting the strategy and also diving in to execute and drive results for the business. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role that’s a good fit for someone who is motivated by goals and hungry to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant canonical messaging
  • Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create compelling hooks
  • Increase cross-sell and usage of secondary products and features, with an eye towards increasing customer success as well as business revenue
  • Design and execute campaigns, in partnership with growth, that address customer needs and pain points and drive cross-sell adoption, across a variety of channels; Measure and report on the business impact of these campaigns
  • Enable our post-sales go-to-market teams by identifying and delivering assets, programs, and campaigns to assist them in customer implementation conversations
  • Act as the voice of the customer; Generate customer and market insights to inform Product’s roadmap for refining Ramp’s existing products
  • Build and maintain close, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including those in Product, Sales, Account Management, Growth, Marketing, and more

What You Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing at a high tech company
  • Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into digestible, relatable, and easy-to understand writing
  • Ability to communicate a clear strategy, drive concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members with different focus areas
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive clarity and decisions, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively


  • Prior experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups


  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $140,250-$165,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
