About The RoleAs one of our first Channel Partner Marketers, you will be responsible for executing the channel partner market strategy across co-marketing with partners, content creation, webinars, events, partner sales enablement, and channel sales enablement.You will closely collaborate across our Channel Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Growth teams to drive channel growth effectively and achieve our business objectives. Our channels are composed of Accounting Firms, Software Partners, and emerging channels who recommend Ramp's Corporate Card and Spend Management solution to their clients. Success relies on partners referring clients and their co-marketing abilities, product enablement, marketing resources and training. The ideal candidate for this role is business-minded, strategic and has experience in partner and channel marketing. What You’ll Do
  • Design, plan and execute co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel partners, aiming to effectively target their client base with strategic co-marketing strategies
  • Create channel partner + Ramp joint marketing campaigns and initiatives (such as webinars, events, field events, and training workshops)
  • Create compelling marketing content to promote and engage partners, including email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, customer stories, product and release announcements, newsletters, and videos
  • Work with Channel Sales and Enablement to ensure channel partners are equipped with the necessary content, sales materials, and product knowledge to effectively promote, drive referrals, and boost product adoption
  • Empower the Ramp Channel Sales team with targeted sales enablement resources and top sales collateral
  • Track, analyze, and report channel partner marketing performance to achieve sales and marketing objectives
What You Need
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in channel strategy, partner marketing, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS or within the finance industry
  • Expertise within channel sales and partner marketing strategies, with a proven track record of creating and executing co-marketing campaigns
  • Experience developing and delivering training and enablement programs for channel partners and sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking experience
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, achieve stakeholder buy-in, and make decisions
Nice-to-Haves
  • MBA or BS in economics, computer science, MIS, or related STEM field
  • Domain expertise in the financial and accounting software space
  • Experience working in hyper-growth startups and/or technology companies
Compensation
  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $174,250-$205,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
