The Job At-A-Glance:
The Summer Internship Program spans 12 weeks (from May 21st to August 9th) and offers paid hourly positions with an average workload of 40 hours per week. We provide invaluable hands-on experience in a professional environment centered around digital banking software and technology.
In addition to your regular responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to participate in networking events, attend enriching workshops, and even present to our Executive Leadership team at the program’s conclusions. Successful completion of the internship could potentially lead to a full-time position upon graduation.
This role operates on a hybrid basis, requiring presence in the office three days a week. Given this arrangement, preference is given to candidates located in Austin or the surrounding areas.
A Typical Day:
As a marketing intern, you’ll gain practical insight into the collaborative dynamics of Marketing teams in the tech industry. You’ll learn about the intersections of Marketing with Sales, key performance indicators, revenue generation strategies, and more. This includes understanding how Marketing coordinates with the events team to promote, schedule meetings and demos, and gauge success metrics. You will become familiar with the tools and operations underpinning the execution and assessment of the team’s initiatives. Every project you tackle mirrors tasks integral to the team’s operations.

- Rising seniors currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a target graduation date of 2025.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Keen curiosity and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Word.
