Responsibilities

• Compliance & Legal (Offer letters, award letters, Employee Handbook, etc. working with corporate
  counsel, as required)
• Benefits Management (Selection, administration, and questions)
• Onboarding (Background checks, documents, and equipment)
• Training
• Performance Management
• Compensation Management

● Business Operations

• Logistics Support (Travel, meeting coordination, shipping, company retreat planning, etc.)
• Real Estate Management (Site selection, management, and procurement)
• Expense Management
• Business Insurance (Analysis, selection, and renewal)
• Records Management (DocuSign initiation, organizing, and pruning)
• Acquisition Integration
  

Requirements
● Minimum 2-4 years working in a jack/jill-of-all-trades capacity with team members you did not manage directly
● Experience working on traditional “human resource” activities, even if you do not consider yourself an HR practitioner
● Bonus if the experience is in an early stage technology company

● Flexible: you gravitate to work that needs to be done and like managing multiple activities concurrently
