What We're Looking For

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) supports the achievement of Cross River’s objectives by addressing the risks to which the Bank is exposed in alignment with the Bank’s risk appetite. ERM is designed to identify potential events that may impact Cross River, and manage risk within the Bank’s approved risk appetite. ERM helps to ensure that there is appropriate balance between risk and reward in the firm’s activities. To achieve this balance, Cross River must identify, assess, manage, control, monitor, and report its risk in a consistent and timely manner.
