What we’re looking for
The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day oversight, supervision, and management of designated Strategic Partners and Strategic Partner Programs, which includes but is not limited to relationship management, ongoing marketing of product offerings, credit, as well as operational, financial, and technological support.
The MPL Program Manager is also responsible for the long-term strategic development of the partner relationship which includes multi-product relationship management, cross-selling, deeply informed on partner product to inform growth and strategy discussions.
The MPL Program Manager interacts with and is supported by each respective department within the Bank and third-party resources that are required for ongoing oversight, reviews and monitoring of the Strategic Partner Programs.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for our Strategic Partners in order to manage the ongoing oversight and growth of their programs
Zoom meet on a regular basis with each respective Strategic Partner to discuss the partner’s specific program(s) and review progress related to any outstanding issues, opportunities and contractual requirements
Maintain consistent and exceptional service to partners within a fast-paced company environment
Discuss strategic planning possibilities regularly with partners; including growth projections; cross-selling appropriate products; technology updates; etc.
Perform periodic visits to engage in strategic planning & program review
Work with the Strategic Partner to obtain and review reporting metrics
Liaise with other Cross River department to resolve issues, implement changes and integrate technology
Discuss financing and credit arrangement, as needed.
Work with legal counsel to draft contracts and amendments.
Work with the compliance to create risk assessments and other program requirements.
Support Bank management during regulatory exams or internal audits
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Finance, or related field
3+ years of banking or fintech experience
Demonstrated ability to produce quantitative analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organizational ability to manage concurrent projects in fast-paced environment
Strong client-facing skills and energy
Candidate should possess the following traits: Self Starter, Collaborative, Fast Learner, Entrepreneurial, Genuine, Organized
Candidate should be interested and excited about working in multiple capacities alongside multiple teams
Candidate should be comfortable interacting with C –level management across new startups and existing companies
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager for a bank
Strong strategic abilities in partner relationship management, with a focus on longevity and breadth of relationship
Salary: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00
