Responsibilities
- Assist in On-boarding and other HR projects
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
- Assist in background checks, employee reward programs and scheduling
- Contribute to impactful team projects
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Enter employee data into computer database
- Oversee HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
Qualifications:
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
- Organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and excellent time management skills
