What we’re looking for
Cross River’s Office Administrator possesses amazing interpersonal communication skills, is highly organized, and manages their time efficiently. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office environment.
In this role you will ensure a smooth flow of daily office operations, ensuring the Kitchens and office supplies are always stocked with the necessary materials. The office administrator will work directly with vendors to ensure all products are ordered, invoiced, and received in a timely, cost efficient organized manner, while simultaneously managing and updating conference / Board room Schedules and ensure all these areas are tidy. All building food orders will be handled through this person.
The Office Administrator at Cross River is always ahead of the game, anticipating the next task and adequately prepared to handle anything thrown their way. Working closely with the building manager, this role contains a little of everything, providing an unparalleled experience to the behind the scenes of an ever growing, close knit, highly successful bank.
Responsibilities:
- Keep tidiness of the all the conference rooms
- Ensure office space is properly maintained, and repairs arranged accordingly
- Maintain and order snacks/food/beverages/kitchen supplies
- Maintain and order stationery and office supplies
- Manage and update conference rooms schedule
- Actively assist in the planning and execution of events
- Manage all company food orders/deliveries
- Provide support to receptionist as needed
- Will be backup for receptionist and all receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications:
This person should have at least three years of office management experience, a high school diploma, and excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: | $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 |
