As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and visionary Head of Product for our CRM Suite to join our passionate team.
As the Head of Product for the CRM Suite at Oxygen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our customer relationship management products. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development, enhancement, and strategic alignment of our CRM Suite. Your expertise in product strategy, and market analysis will be essential in driving the CRM Suite's growth and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the CRM Suite, aligned with Oxygen's overall business goals and market trends.
  • Fintech Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the fintech landscape to identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities. Apply this knowledge to shape the CRM suite's features and capabilities in a way that positions Oxygen as an industry leader.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the CRM Suite, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver value to customers and align with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-centric features.
  • User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles to create intuitive and impactful user experiences within the CRM Suite.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the CRM Suite, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to iterate on the product and address evolving needs.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the CRM Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of product management experience in the fintech industry, with a strong focus on CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling fintech products.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing product teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Track record of launching successful products and driving product growth in a competitive market.
  • Experience in working with SaaS products and familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
