MX is looking to add a Financial Analyst supporting Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing and Revenue) to our finance team. You will support the organization as a whole in ad-hoc analysis and audits, helping us ensure accuracy and integrity in all that we do.
Job Duties
Work on a variety of cross-functional projects including but not limited to compensation modeling, vendor expense management, resource/capacity planning, ROI analysis, etc.
Provide data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions
Become a data-champion for our corporate data structure, provide auditing, training, and mentoring in all things data to help ensure uniformity and integrity to our corporate data
Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments to develop rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analyses; highlight risks & opportunities and explore ideas to improve each process
Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned
Job Requirements
3+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, formulas, and calculations
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject (statistics, finance, science, technology, economics or mathematics)
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Expertise in complex modeling in Excel
Strong analytical acumen (experience in SQL is a plus)
Enjoy working with data, strong attention to detail, data discrepancies, downstream dependencies, etc.
Prior experience in managing budgets, cost center reporting, and forecasting
Executive communication and presentation skills

Compensation
The expected earnings for this role could be comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions as applicable. The total compensation for this role is $94,500-$113,500.
This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
