Our marketing team continues to grow - we're looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and own the customer journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle and enhance customer engagement and retention.

We recently launched Mulberry Unlimited, our new product protection subscription service, and your initial focus will be to convert existing customers into subscribers. You will be responsible for creating personalized and targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty, increase revenue, and maximize customer lifetime value. If you have a passion for data analysis, customer segmentation, testing and optimization, and results, along with a strong background in marketing automation and CRM platforms, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Mulberry's growth and success.

This is a contract role with strong potential to join the Mulberry team full-time with proven success.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and overall engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to create personalized and relevant marketing campaigns that drive customer activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Design and implement automated email marketing campaigns, including customer acquisition initiatives, onboarding sequences, milestone and value-driven celebrations, promotional incentives, and personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize customer lifecycle touch-points, including website content, product features, in-app messaging, retargeting opportunities, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of customer behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor and measure key metrics related to customer engagement, conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing, and propose innovative ideas to improve the customer experience.

What we're seeking:

  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience with customer segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and demonstrated success in creating and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to analyze campaign performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for consumer-centric marketing and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle.
