Summary of the Role

We are searching for a Proxy Pay Associate who will be responsible for supporting the success of our daily payment transactions through MineralTree Global Payments. Reporting to the Manager of Payment Operations, this important role is a great entry point into a fast-growing company in the hot fintech market.

What Part Will You Play?

• Process high volumes of virtual credit card proxy payments on the buyers’ behalf through multiple channels including online portals and via phone

• Research and resolve payment issues across multiple methods of payment

• Investigate and record root causes of payment issues

• Critically evaluate business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders as necessary to complete the above responsibilities

• Any other duty as assigned.

• Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm EST or 9am - 6pm EST
