Lending Standard, a profitable high-growth Kansas City startup, is expanding our sales team by adding a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive. Our software platform enables our customers to reduce risk and increase revenue; this provides a clear value proposition and a quantifiable ROI. Job Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, selling to complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate and clearly articulate the value of our products both online and in-person
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM data accurately and completely.
  • Experience with SalesIntel or similar research tools for identifying, researching and qualifying prospects.
  • Support a high-growth company by achieving aggressive goals.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on market need and relay those opportunities to the management team.
  • Become an expert in our client's domains; understand their jargon and concepts.
  • Prepare for, attend, and participate fully in industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Effectively research account and contact level data to create compelling messaging to prospects.
  • Willing to cold call/email, warm call/email, with effective and relevant messaging prepared beforehand.
  • Drive business by identifying, researching, qualifying and selling to prospects.
  • Maintain existing relationships with assigned clients for upselling.
  • Expand business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
  • Uses prior experience to open new potential markets in banking, credit unions, or other related CRE financing markets.
  • Identifies and refines methods and messaging for prospect discovery and engagement.
  • Is instrumental in contributing ideas that will help to shape the sales team and sales methodology that will be key to our GTM strategy.
  • Demonstrates self-motivated action in all aspects of their work activities – willing to try new approaches to solve old problems, teachable, creative, and experimental.
  • Is articulate, professional, and engaging.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to get involved in aspects of our revenue growth that may stretch beyond immediate job duties.
  • Successful enterprise-level selling experience of SaaS, cloud-based fintech is required.
  • Capable of long, focused engagement at conferences and general activities involved with long-tailed sales processes.
  • Extra credit for commercial lending or commercial real estate experience, prior sales of origination and underwriting lending fintech.


  • Possess strong organizational, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Proven work experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Lending Fintech field.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in Commercial Real Estate sales
