We are looking for an outstanding leader to join in supporting, developing and expanding our sales team and dealership network throughout California.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead by example in identifying and enrolling new dealerships to our network, and supporting existing dealer partners. You’ll mentor and develop a team of Account Managers, and hire additional field sales representatives to support our growing business. Together, you and your team will work to increase brand awareness and contract volume throughout the state of California.
- Increase loan volume by enrolling, training and managing new dealership partnersHire and develop a high performing sales team by providing leadership, guidance, support and business knowledge
- Work cross functionally with various departments throughout the organization to ensure business objectives are being met
- Strategically grow brand awareness and market share in the region by identifying high potential geographic markets and dealer groups
- Weekly travel throughout California
- Five (5) years of experience managing sales at a dealership or automotive lender
- Ability to drive results as both an individual contributor and sales leader
- A track record of improving performance through hiring, training, and performance management
- Residence in and/or willingness to relocate to the region
- The ability to travel 75% of the time
