Who You Are
You’re an effective communicator, having worked cross functionally to support internal systems tooling, specifically Workday . You’re a self-starter who is continually learning and developing. As a People Systems Integration Administrator, you will help shape Justworks’ internal system landscape by working alongside the People Systems and Payroll Accounting teams to support their Workday Integrations needs, both internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, focusing on administering the People tech stack and maintaining a healthy ecosystem. In addition, you will perform data analysis to help administrators and end users adhere to data governance best practices.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of building, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fixing issues related to Workday integrations of various types.
- Collaborates with stakeholders in the People Systems and Accounting teams to gather integration requirements,
- Understands end-to-end data processes and flows and uses that knowledge to design and implement data management solutions that make sense within our People Systems stack.
- Provides business process, system support, and data quality governance through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
- Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to the function and monitoring of our People Systems integration stack.
- Handles administration and support of the existing environment and future upgrades of Workday integration technologies.
- Familiar with Workday migration tools such as Object Transporter
- Performs mass upload using enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday
- Develops functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Managing system upgrades and ensuring the Workday changes/updates do not disrupt the existing business processes.
- Deploys changes to Production following SOX Compliance policy.
- Analyze internal tool usage and make recommendations for optimization based on business process analysis, seat management strategies, and end user adoption metrics
- Execute on Business Operations and stakeholder projects to increase efficiency, decrease margins and hit systems-based OKRs
- Work alongside the Quality Assurance Analyst to write test scripts and execute cases. Perform Quality Assurance testing as needed.

Qualifications
- Overall 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years of Workday integration and support experience.
- Very Strong Workday integration experience with Workday EIB, Studio, BIRT, and other Integration Templates/Connectors
- Experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
- Excellent business analytical skills, requirements definition and documentation; test planning; deployment approaches; exceptional written and verbal communication
- Should have the ability to translate business strategy and vision to a functional Workday solution map leveraging strong business acumen and technical aptitude.
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
- HCM, Payroll, or Financials functional experience preferred.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $127,000.00 to $139,700.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
