You’re an effective communicator, having worked cross functionally to support internal systems tooling. You’re a self-starter who is continually learning and developing. As a Systems Administrator, you will help shape Justworks’ strategy by working within the Business Operations team. You will support the Sales floor, Customer Success, Marketing and other internal teams, along with Justworks’ senior management. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, focusing on administering the tech stack and maintaining a healthy, accurate database. In addition, you will perform data analysis using Salesforce native reporting functionality, Microsoft Excel and Tableau.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • SaaS tools administration including but not limited to: Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZenDesk, ChiliPiper, Loom, etc.
  • Address ad-hoc end user requests via support tickets, adhering to an SLA
  • Analyze internal tool usage and make recommendations for optimization based on business process analysis, seat management strategies, and end user adoption metrics
  • Execute on Business Operations and stakeholder projects to increase efficiency, decrease margins and hit systems-based OKRs
  • Proactively support requests related to internal tools and associated applications
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing as needed
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Knowledge Management and other teams to achieve revenue goals, customer retention and other business-level KPIs
  • Adhere to data governance standards and perform regular data quality audits.

  • Foundational sales knowledge - the specific set of sales skills (prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating, closing etc) and knowledge (product, markets, trends, business etc) a salesperson possesses to enact the exchange of value between a buyer and the vendor.
  • Results-driven - consistently achieves results, even under difficult circumstances.
  • Clear communication - the ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written, visual and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience systems administration experience
  • Adept at streamlining processes and tooling functions
  • Experience with SaaS applications (Salesforce, ZenDesk, ChiliPiper, Loom, etc.)
  • Excellent and effective communication skills, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable assisting teams across diverse disciplines and geographies.
  • An organized, detail-oriented individual invested in maintaining the data integrity of a database with 200,000k+ accounts
  • Self-starter who is interested in continuous learning and development

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $77,000.00 to $84,700.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
