About Risk Management at iCapital:

The Risk Management team protects iCapital’s people, property, brand, and reputation. As a member of this team, you will work alongside our enterprise risk management, business resiliency, physical security, and corporate solutions leaders to deliver safe, secure, and resilient solutions that drive our strategic business goals forward.

This unique opportunity will leave you with a profound experience like no other internship out there, exposing you to programs, projects, and disciplines across the business that will test your talents and challenge the way you think. Through leadership, purpose, and direction, you will grow personally and develop yourself professionally through new skills, experiences, and perspectives that will set you on a transformative path of success.

In your internship, as part of the Risk Management team, some areas of responsibility may include:

• Security, resilience, and risk training curriculum development.
• Program development and project management.
• Workplace and occupational health safety.
• Risk assessments, risk mitigation, and risk control design.
• Threat reporting and intelligence analysis.
• Business continuity assessments, strategy design, and plan development.
• Incident Management and crisis response planning.

The ideal candidate:

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $35/hour + relocation and transportation stipend
