About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Solutions, responsible for a newly formed team serving our clients holistically and centralizing client coverage for our technology platform offering. Enterprise Solutions is a 50+ person team spanning Relationship Management for Wealth Mangers, General Partners, and our Platform Partners and Product Specialists for our platform capabilities in Alternatives, Structured Investments, and Annuities.
The Head of Enterprise Solutions will be a Managing Director and member of iCapital’s Management Committee, reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO. The Head of Enterprise Solutions will work closely with senior management across our other verticals including Investment Solutions, Client Success, and Product.
Responsibilities
- Promote a consultative approach to deepen and expand current relationships and source new relationships across the iCapital platform of offerings.
- Centralize client coverage efforts and ensure team alignment to support clients’ needs.
- Deliver “One iCapital” by leveraging internal synergies and ensuring teams are aligned with iCapital’s strategic priorities.
- Educate clients on the depth of the technology s capabilities and drive new mandates and business activities.
- Create and deliver executive presentations and report on key initiatives and business activity.
- Communicate feedback from clients and prospects to the organization to improve delivery of solutions and improve the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience working within financial services or financial technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a complex and varied product set and/or a technology product offering to Enterprise clients.
- Experience with Alternative Investments, Structured Investments and Annuities.
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and managing a large team across several verticals.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships with key decision makers for our solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in organizing sales teams across product lines and client channels, achieving depth of penetration and consolidated client coverage models.
- Strong focus on collaboration, people development, and leadership.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 preferred.
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $375,000 to $450,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
