About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our Data Integration team. This role will cultivate a deep understanding of the U.S. wealth management industry and the way that our technology is developed to scale the distribution of alternative products. This position will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to solve fun and complex industry-wide issues, spanning across several various alternative investment product.
Responsibilities
Understand customer needs by carefully listening to and analyzing client feedback.
Work directly with clients to deploy integrated technology solutions to the desktops of financial advisors.
Develop a solid understanding of the U.S. wealth management industry and make prioritization recommendations, grounded in knowledge of our industry and our clients.
Find scalable solutions that meet a new business opportunity or address feedback received.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems.
Own and drive strategic growth initiatives for the company.
Perform root cause analysis of any data discrepancy.
Manage technical considerations, working closely with the engineering team to deliver solutions to complex problems.
Operate within an agile development framework.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional work experience
Experience with SQL or any other database language
Able to work with external and internal stakeholders directly, taking away feedback to constantly improve our platform
Previous experience in financial services and/or financial technology
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Understand the different components of the technology stack for a cloud-based application preferred
Proven ability to operate within the fast-paced nature of a growth company
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
