About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Sales Support Analyst or Associate to join the Portfolio Management team to focus on sales support for iCapital managed products. This position will work cross-functionally, and closely with vendors, and clients.


  • Conduct calls and send emails to set appointments with registered investment advisors (RIA) and independent broker dealer (IBD) advisors across the U.S.
  • Gain knowledge of iCapital products and prepare to effectively communicate the objectives, risks, features, and benefits of these products.
  • Develop, maintain, and support strong relationships across key advisors and firms.
  • Improve skills and knowledge of alternative products and related investment processes on a continuous basis.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records.
  • Analyze product sales trends within IBDs and RIAs firms.
  • Assist senior sales professionals.
  • Partner with Private Wealth Solutions teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred
  • Experience in investment or financial service fields
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated aptitude for project management and able to prioritize and execute numerous requests, while working with numerous different functionalities
  • Strong client focus and customer service skill set with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written skills
  • Able to work in the office a minimum of 4 days a week


The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
