About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join the Alternatives Distribution team. This role is responsible for leading our Sales Support team and managing the advisor experience throughout the lifecycle of their investments. This includes onboarding new advisors and facilitating new investments as well as addressing questions regarding reporting and sub docs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Alternatives Distribution team and Investor Relations, Fund Finance, Reporting and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, implement, and improve processes and procedures to provide outstanding client support.
  • Manage the Sales Support Analysts team including implementing best practices for outstanding client service, resolving escalated service issues, and providing training and performance feedback.
  • Work with Investor Relations and other internal teams for awareness of important updates, communications, and changes so that the Sales Support Team is prepared to respond to questions and concerns.
  • Codify and unify best practices for service-related issues to create consistency of experience for advisors and their end clients.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in a client service, sales support, or investor services role, prior management experience
  • Background in Sales and Alternative Investments
  • Licensing; Series 7, 66 or 6 and 24 and CAIA preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel. Tableau or business intelligence tool experience a plus
  • Demonstrated aptitude for project management, leadership and relationship building
  • Able to work with numerous different functionalities within the organization and move at a fast pace with attention to detail
  • Strong client focus, interpersonal skills with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, verbal, and written skills

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
