We are looking for a creative, empathetic, and collaborative Digital Product Manager to help us build software products that solve problems for our health plan members, employer clients, brokers partners, and internal business users.
Digital Product Managers at Gravie work in partnership with our strategy group and other internal business stakeholders to understand the value proposition of our health plans, products, and solutions and work to enhance our digital solutions offering to bring that value to customers.
Digital product managers work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and user experience teams to leverage technology to create delightful member, employer, and broker experiences that differentiate Gravie in the market. They also use automation and integration technology to improve operational efficiency.

You will
· Work closely with internal and external business customers to define valuable product outcomes that will delight our customers. Ship digital products, solutions, and services that users love.
· Build strong relationships with customers, partners, internal business users, and software engineers, and earn their trust as a representative of their best interests.
· Clearly define and effectively communicate the strategy and vision for each technology product and service for which you are responsible.
· Utilize market research, industry best practices, user feedback, and product metrics to identify new opportunities for leveraging technology into valuable business outcomes.
· Break down solutions into capabilities, features, and stories.
· Write and organize clear and concise product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences, such as business stakeholders, software engineers, and quality assurance engineers.
· Adhere to department-defined standards for requirements definition.
· Partner with engineering to define, estimate, manage, and deliver the roadmap for the digital products you manage and support.
· Support backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions using a combination of data and alignment with business needs.
· Ensure that the final digital products meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
· Establish metrics and gain insights into user interactions with our digital products and solutions. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
· Participate in the strategic planning for the digital product portfolio.
· Demonstrate a commitment to our core competencies of authenticity, curiosity, creativity, empathy, and outcome orientation.
You Bring
· 5+ years of experience as a technology-focused product manager, product owner, or business analyst.
· A proven track record of launching new digital products or major product features for consumers or internal business users in a fast-paced, agile environment.
· Experience in developing web portals, mobile applications, third-party integrations, and business process automation.
· Superb communication and enfluencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within an organization and with varying technical expertise.
· Strong experience in creating robust product roadmaps and collaborating with engineering to estimate software projects.
· A love of complex and ambiguous problems; a knack for untangling and solving them
· Demonstrated expertise in creating highly usable and enjoyable user experiences.
· Holistic strategic thinking and efficient tactical execution.
· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
EXTRA CREDIT:
· Experience with SAFe, CI/CD
· Experience with Jobs To be Done Framework
· Experience with Pragmatic Marketing.
· Experience using business process automation and integration tools and frameworks (RPA, AI, ML, APIs).
· Experience with health insurance industry.
