The Opportunity
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in web strategy and digital experience, a knack for marketing, and a keen attention to data and details. You understand that our website is a key component in our overall go-to-market strategy and you thrive on finding opportunities to improve engagement and drive conversion. You are obsessed with the customer and creating a frictionless experience for them. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, but you’re also comfortable dealing with senior level leaders to showcase your work and vision!
This role sits within the Revenue organization and is supported by the Global Go-To-Market Team, inclusive of Digital Experience, Web, Marketing Operations, Brand, and Creative Services. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Experience and will be supported by the Senior Director, Marketing Ops, Technology and Creative Services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead ideation, implementation and roadmap development with a focus on increasing customer engagement and conversion rates on our public website
- Support a website A/B testing program with a focus on implementing strategies that improve on-site experience and personalization while considering the overall customer journey and omni-channel impact
- Conceptualize, develop and execute measurable and actionable optimization tests designed to increase click-to-conversion rates, reduce cost per lead, and reduce cost of acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end optimization testing process, including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, analysis and next-step recommendations
- Optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generation forms
- Leverage research tools to identify online improvement opportunities (ie. usability issues, friction points, and high drop off points across the customer journey) for new and existing customers
- Influence creative ideation on the site to optimize for organic growth and SEO goals
- Perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of implementation and change requests for the website
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on website experience and conversion rate optimization
- Working knowledge of site optimization, industry best practices, product development, usability, and UX
- Hypothesis driven thinking with a test and learn mindset
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into easily understood insights and stories
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, collaborative, results-driven environment
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
You'll Stand Out If You Bring Experience In
- WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Lucid, FullStory, Google Tag Manager, Figma, Looker are considered an asset
- Web experience in B2B technology marketing (e.g. SaaS industry preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, Design Systems, Information Architecture are considered an asset
