The Role:

Marketing Temp (Site Ops/Marketing Ops)

Part-Time Position

$20 - $30 per hour


  • Implement and monitor the organization's website
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) based on different requests from stakeholders
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
  • Create compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, advertisements, social media posts, and website content
  • Ensure that all copy adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone, and effectively communicates key messages to our target audience
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., Search – Paid and Organic, Display, LinkedIn, and web)
  • Research news and content for emails
  • Capability to analyze data effectively
  • Offer coherent feedback to aid in the training of models and machine learning systems


  • Commitment – 6+ months
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on engaging copy
  • Respect priorities and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Crunchbase and Pitchbook familiarity a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM & CMS tools, Online analytics and Google AdWords)
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Interest in AI and machine learning
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office or home office setting while working

Forge implements a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, which applies to all employees.
