Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative engineer to join our AI Engineering team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering and developing products powered by our internal AI models and machine learning pipelines. This role will focus on transforming internal research and experiments into actual paid products or integrating them into different services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain responsive full-stack web applications using internal AI & ML models and inference APIs
- Deploy LLM-based applications and ML/AI models in production, evaluating and improving their performance over time
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine learning Engineers, and across multiple engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our systems and processes
- Lead a small multidisciplinary engineering team, gather requirements, and plan actionable tasks
- Identify new opportunities for AI solutions throughout the organization, and set the direction and roadmap required to implement them
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of working with Machine learning models, MLOps and Big Data
- Previous experience leading an engineering team or acting as tech lead for a project
- Proficient with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python and Postgres
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fintech or Financial services industry experience with working knowledge of financial regulators
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their machine learning services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience with LLMs, LangChain and Prompt Engineering.
- Comfortable working on multiple codebases inside and outside of the team.
