About the Role
We are looking for a high performing Recruiting/PeopleOps Coordinator to join our team and help Flow scale our high performing property-level team. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring/onboarding process. As a Coordinator, you thoroughly know HR best practices and innovative ideas. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Consult with managers to determine staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Write and post job descriptions on our ATS and career websites
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Evaluate and screen applicants through resume review
- Conduct interviews
- Help the hiring team through recruiting process, including appointment scheduling and and interview prep
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Attend job fairs and career events
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding material
- Collect new hire paperwork
- Help with orientation and other assorted tasks
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 1 year experience in property management or hospitality recruiting
- Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Ability to manage and conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioral)
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
