About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our Strategic Finance team as a Senior Analyst of FP&A. This will be the Company’s first dedicated FP&A role, and you will have the opportunity to build FP&A systems and processes from the ground up. The Strategic Finance group is responsible for informing company strategy, owning planning and budgeting, coordinating capital markets activity, and performing financial analyses. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization. The best candidates will be quantitatively excellent, intellectually curious, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy. This role will report to the Head of Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally with our business leaders on all aspects of strategic and financial planning, including but not limited to goal setting, budgeting, headcount planning, monthly business reviews, and cash flow projections
  • Lead KPI development and reporting to all stakeholders
  • Drive P&L ownership throughout the organization
  • Answer high priority analytical questions to inform company priorities
  • Prepare management and Board presentations
  • Collaborate with our accounting and data & analytics teams
  • Implement planning tools and centralized databases to drive reporting automation
  • Support corporate transactions and financings as needed

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years experience in corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
  • Strong financial modeling & analytical skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative, operate independently, and act like an owner
  • Track record of integrity and sound decision making
