As a Growth Marketing Manager at Flex you will be responsible for driving, implementing and analyzing our Direct to Consumer CRM Channel strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing experimentation strategy, stewarding creative development, campaign implementation, analysis and executive-level reporting. We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager who is passionate about growth marketing, creative, analytics, marketing operations and partnering with sales teams to drive measurable results. You are organized, detail-oriented, enjoy leading cross functional teams and can rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders. This role will be asked to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking and executional excellence.Requirements:
  • Experience with A/B Testing, CRM tools & marketing analytics
  • Experience with email marketing (SMS, Push are nice to have)
  • Strong project management skills and experience influencing/collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales, product and creative)
Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge of the marketing technology, API integrations and Iterable
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to execute marketing
  • Awareness of data flows within marketing
The national pay range for this role is $80,000-$108,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience aligned with Flex’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
