About the role:

A Sales Development Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for a team quota, and ensuring your team has the necessary resources and support to hit departmental targets. This role will report to the Senior Sales Manager.


  • Guide team to develop new opportunities consistently at or above your quota via consistent training and weekly meetings with representatives
  • Actively monitor and audit representative’s pipelines and front end activity to ensure consistent cadence
  • Use data to find areas of opportunity within the sales funnel to drive increased performance
  • Coach team members to provide excellent service to potential and existing clients
  • Manage competing priorities in a high volume transaction environment


  • 5 or more years of sales experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and industry knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $70,000-$75,000 but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in incentive plans, and the Company’s benefits plans.
