Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

  • Provide personalized technical support to executives and other high-level employees of the organization.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of executive data and communications by implementing and maintaining appropriate security protocols and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with executive IT systems and applications.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the executive's IT environment is up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards
  • Work with event planners and other stakeholders to identify IT requirements for events, conferences, and other functions.
  • Test and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure before the event to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Provide on-site technical support during events, including setting up and configuring IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all IT-related activities run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that event-related IT systems are aligned with organizational goals and standards.
  • Maintain documentation for event-related IT systems and procedures.
  • Provide post-event analysis and reporting, including identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future events.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  • Experience in providing personalized technical support to executives and other high-level employees.
  • Strong technical skills in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard IT security protocols and procedures.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Admin experience in the following tools: JAMF, Zoom, Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace

This role is based in California.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
